2026 Round 5 - Hartfield Golf Club
Another very successful WAIGC event for Round 5 of the Mondo Butcher and Grocer Perpetual trophy, sponsored by Ultimo Interiors, was recently held at Hartfield Golf Club. The Winner on the day was Brett Anderson (pictured above) with an outstanding score of 42 stableford points, followed closely by Christine Tardrew (2nd) and John Tartaglia (3rd) each with 37 points. About the WA Italian Golf Club
The Western Australian Italian Golf Club (WAIGC) was formed in 2016 (Read more about the History of the WAIGC) in response to a growing interest in the game within the Italian community. All WA Italian Club members are able to join the golf club, which is aimed at promoting camaraderie, social cohesion, enjoyment and knowledge of the game of golf.
The WAIGC is a member of Golf Australia and provides members with a WAIGC Golf Link number enabling members to maintain an official golf handicap.
The annual WAIGC golfing calendar is designed to hold a regular monthly competition between January and December. WAIGC members are provided with regular and timely information about participating at any of the golfing events.
The Italian Golf Challenge Cup – sponsored by 24K Wealth: 
Each year in October, up to 28 players are selected to travel interstate to represent the WAIGC in the annual Italian Golf Challenge Cup, a national competition involving Italian golf clubs from around Australia. The WAIGC is proud to enter a team and compete in this competition each year. Read more here…
International Golf Tour: For the first time since inception, the WAIGC introduced an International Golf Tour with the first trip taking place to Sicily, Italy in June 2023. Following the outstanding success of this tour, the Committee has agreed to conduct an international golf tour on a bi-annual basis.
